Do Not Disturb

Temporarily disable the ringer on your home phone with Do Not Disturb.

Turn Do Not Disturb on and off

  1. Go to Phone Features.
  2. From Feature Controls, select Do Not Disturb.
  3. Select On or Off. When activated, callers hear “The party you called is not currently accepting calls. Please try again later.”
  4. Select Save.

From your phone
  • Dial *78# on your home phone to activate the Do Not Disturb feature. When activated, callers hear “The party you called is not currently accepting calls. Please try again later.”
  • Dial *79# to deactivate the feature when you are ready to receive calls.
