Link your wireless number and voicemail boxWhen your wireless service is provided by AT&T, you can combine your wireless and digital phone mailboxes into a single mailbox and check your messages at the same time. And, when you create subaccounts, everyone in the family can add their own wireless number to their personal mailbox. There are a few simple requirements.
Determine if mailboxes can be linked- Only wireless from AT&T numbers can be added to your voicemail.
- Prepaid wireless from AT&T numbers can't be added to your voicemail.
- Landline and wireless from AT&T numbers must originate within the same service area or the combined mailbox may not work properly and you may incur additional charges.
Note: You can connect up to two AT&T wireless numbers from your primary voicemail and one wireless number from each subaccount mailbox. Voicemail works with most, but not all, wireless phones from AT&T.
