How to make, change, or cancel an in-store appointment

Make an AT&T store appointment

  1. Go to att.com/storeappointment.
  2. Select Make An Appointment.
  3. Follow the prompts to schedule an appointment.

After you schedule your AT&T store appointment

  • We'll send you an email to the email address you provided.
  • When you get to the store, just check in with a rep and let them know you have an appointment.

Change or cancel an AT&T appointment

Simply go to att.com/storeappointment, select Change an Appointment, and follow the prompts.
