Look for Payment methods in Manage payment settings.
Choose one:
Add new if you don’t have any saved payment methods. If your bank participates, you can sign in to your online bank account and retrieve your bank details.
Manage to update an existing one. You can Edit or Delete existing payment methods.
You'll see a Pay now option when you sign in to AT&T if you have a balance due and:
You aren't signed up for AutoPay.
You don't have a past due balance.
When you choose Pay now, we'll use the payment method you used on att.com most recently.
You can change it two ways:
Make a payment with and agree to store the payment method you want to use for future transactions. We'll always use your most recent stored payment method for Pay now.
Delete any stored payment method that you don't want to use for Pay now.
