Manage your install or repair appointment

Find out how to check, change, or cancel your appointment. Plus, learn how to get ready for a new service installation.


For internet, TV, or digital phone service

It’s a snap to access your installation or repair appointment info.
  1. Sign in to your myAT&T account.
  2. Choose the service that has an appointment:
  3. Scroll to your appointment card and update the info to change or cancel.
If you chose to receive text messages for appointments, we’ll text you a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your field tech’s due to arrive.

For traditional home phone

  1. Go to
  2. Choose Home Phone.
  3. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  4. Select Check Trouble Report Status.
  5. Sign in with one of these to see your appointment details:
    • Your home phone number and the last four digits of the account owner's Social Security number
    • The user ID and password on the account

Get ready for your new service

We want your installation to be as stress-free as possible.
  • Make sure someone 18 or older is available for the entire installation. It usually takes about 4 hours.
  • Don’t cancel your current service until we install your new service.
  • The field tech will activate your service and show you how to use your new equipment.
  • Our field techs can’t move TVs or furniture, so make sure wall outlets and other areas are easy to access.
