How to find international country codes and rates

To make a call, find the country code and rates for a country at att.com/intlcalling.
To send a text, check texting capabilities by country.
Most of our plans include texting from the U.S. to the world. Find out if your plan does If your plan doesn’t include international texting, pay-per-use rates apply.
- Text: $0.25 for each message sent
- Picture or video: $0.50 for each message sent

Send and receive international calls and texts

If you make calls or texts to countries outside the U.S.

Follow the same steps for calling or texting.
Press + or 011 on your phone’s keypad, then the country code and local number.

If you receive calls or texts

From within the U.S., the caller can call or text your wireless number as usual.
From outside the U.S., the caller enters their country’s access number, and then enters 1 and your wireless number.

Good to know: Your domestic wireless voice plan includes international incoming calls and messages to your number.
