Which phones work with 5G?

5G service will only work with certain devices. Currently, 5G phones from AT&T include the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, and Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G.
