I actually ordered an iPhone 6 when they came out. I sent it back after 1 day and kept my 5C. Awesome phone!

Horrible certified like new iPhone 5C

Bought the phone for my son as a replacement since his had a hardware failure due to his contract not being able to upgrade for another 6 months had to purchase a full priced certified like new iPhone 5C. Once the device was turned on it had issues. Could not upload any applications, could not take photos, always had error messages stating their was no storage left. In settings the device showed 4GB used and 0GB available. Calls dropped. Then during a support call the IMEI number for the device was still tagged to a past owner of the device. Worst experience ever to get a replacement.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I waited until after a weeklong bicycle tour to update from an ailing iPhone 4 (purchased as a refurb 2.5 years ago) because I was afraid the new refurb iPhone 5c would have issues, I'd have too much of a learning curve, and I'd lose my most important app, Cycle Meter, during my biggest bike ride of the year. I ordered the new phone a week after I returned and had it two days later. As it turned out, the conversion went more smoothly than any other phone transition I've ever made, and all my apps migrated perfectly. I was able to pick right back up with Cycle Meter right where I left off, and the camera in this model is such better quality! I wish I'd made the move before my tour now, but I'm sure the phone will still be working fine for next year's tour.
Ended up having to delete most of the apps I'd had for years on the old phone because there isn't room on the new phone, but I hardly ever used them anyway. I also bought the official Otter case, which some reviews bash because it isn't truly waterproof. I've already dropped the phone twice and am so happy I have that Otter case on there because this baby has to last another two years!
