A good productivity not multimedia phone.

This is my first PDA/blackberry phone and I think I like it. As I was buying this phone I had lot of expectations so I am somewhat disappointed. THIS IS NOT MULTIMEDIA PHONE AT ALL. Buy curve if you want camera and stereo sound music, my wife has it and this one just can not compete with it.
Some key features that is lacks are as following.
Does not offer much functionality if you don't have data plan, no messaging over the wi-fi.
Does not allow you to modify some of the setting such as Theme (today theme) with options that you would like to put on.
Does not has more than 20 or some last calls, you will have to go in the history to see all. Why....?????
Alarm does not has many snooze times (5,10 and then One hour). Why???????? I like to have 15,20,30,45 mins.
Good features.
Wi-Fi rocks, it supports some of the most secure wireless protocol that exist in the business environment.
Syncing with outlook is flawless.
Viewing web pages specially Google home is incredible.
There is not any cheap document viewer applications out there. I wanted to use it carry all more school/work documents but can't afford to buy an application.

Good phone but not as good as the newest model.

I think that is a good phone but it does not have as features that are even close to the new model. All though, it has the same in the "easy to use" category as the new model. The battery and display are pretty much the same as the other one. Overall id say that it's a good phone but the new model is better. Also, for the price of the phone, it's a good price for what the phone can do.

Its a great phone, but it is a little bigger than I was expecting. I did not realize that there was not a camera, which was kind of a downer. Other than that I love it!! I get a lot of use out of the Wi-Fi and everything else.

Great phone. Used to swear by Palm products.

I've been a Palm user for the last 10 years and was terrified to switch. I'm so glad I did! The Blackberry software is very easy to use and imported all my Palm info over with ease. The phone is very fast and easy to use. If you have used a smart phone in the past, please consider a Blackberry for your next purchase. The only negative thing I could say is that I miss the camera on this model.

I liked the phone, it was easy to use, the only issue that I had with it was the talk time, I don't think it's quite 5 1/2 hours like it says, the stand by time is great though.
