Worst phone I've EVER had!!

I got the Htc desire eye a while back, it had been my first phone with a network, I had only use pre pairs up to this point. The phone was fine for a few months but then it started freezing, closing apps, I couldn't use the navigation app, I'd have to restart the phone at least two times before it stopped freezing. It also crashed Google, I couldn't open the app so I had to use the actual browser. I also wouldn't receive certain text messages. There's no way to retrieve the battery out of the phone so when it froze I had to constantly hold down the side buttons..I'm writing this right now, because just a few minutes before, I was trying to text my Fiancé when it crashed the app, shut my phone down, and when Igot it back on, my battery was somehow on 0%, when I had just taken it off fully charged about a half hour ago (and hadn't used it much since). People need to know what they're buying, I was so happy to just have a phone that I didn't really pay attention to the quality I was getting. Big mistake. Heading over to AT&T to get rid of it. No phone should be this big of a hassle. Also, so youknow, if you get this phone, be prepared for it to take AGES to close any app. And also if you have a time sensitive picture you wanna take, forget about it. The camera app takes so long to open you'll miss the moment anyway. Buyer beware. It's truly not worth the hassle.

Q: Is this at&t refurbished phone is also water proof or not??

- A: Hello naqaash, Water is one of the deadliest enemies to our smartphones! While great advancements have been made to make sure our devices can continue on even after going for a swim, we highly recommend avoiding water to so as to not cause serious damage to your device. While the device is listed as refurbished this does not affect the IP certification (water resistance level). The HTC Desire EYE is IPX7 certified.
