Doesn't measure up
3 months out of warranty, the screen died.
Was told it had GPS and a web browser and could add apps, but the browser is a challenge without a touch screen, and no useful apps. Wanted to track the phone through g-mail, but can't do it. Was told it could, but can't load google maps, so no. Reseller misrepresented it as a Google compatible phone with GPS.
Sound drops off on other end when using as speaker phone.
Huge waste of money. Thought it was the best flip phone option, but it’s nothinSee more

Heavy Duty Basic Phone
I went from a 10 year old 2G flip phone because ATT is shutting down their 2G service to this unit because I wanted basic operation; calling and text. I also got GPS, WiFi, and some internet when and IF I need it. The design is rugged and durable. Sound quality is very good. Battery life is very good. Fits in my hand well and is well balanced. I really reviewed this phone well before I purchased it and so far I have not been disappointed. If all you need is a well built cell phone for calling and text, then this will deff fit your needs. If your needs are more focused around internet access, then buy a touch screen type phone. This phone is not for you. I feel this phone is over priced (what cell phone is not) and ATT should have offered some compensation for bumping us off 2G service. Having to pay full retail price at a corporate ATT store, especially after being a 20 year ATT customer with 4 cell phones on one account, is so far the only disappointment I have with ATT. I did buy the phone outright so I can move my service should I choose to do so.

Not user friendly!!!!!
I got this phone around March 18, 2016. I hate it!!! I had initially got a cheaper "GO" ATT phone and should have kept it (LG). At least it WAS user friendly. But it felt and voice quality was poor so I took it back. However, I now think I took the best phone for me back and got a much more expensive piece of junk. I cannot tell who is calling or what call I last received. It does have good voice quality but that is all it has going. I hate it. Not even a manual. GEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Q: will a Kyocers XE work with Consumer Cellular
7 years ago
1 Answer
A: Hi @Kenny C777,
It should but I recommend reaching out to Consumer Cellular to verify. If you purchase the device from us, it will require a Device Unlock request to work on their network: https://forums.att.com/t5/Windows-Phone/Unlock-Phone-Things-To-Know-From-AT-amp-T/td-p/5330376.

A: HI hbken,
The easiest way would be to use a transfer app, such as the AT&T Mobile Transfer app. You can learn more about it at https://www.att.com/devicehowto/tutorial.html#!/stepbystep/id/stepbystep_KM1000927?make=Kyocera&model=KyoceraE4710&gsi=Q4yqSCQ.

Q: What do i have to go through to transfer my address book and data and preferences to this DureXE? Will it accept the photos I've taken from my older Rugby II and use for wall paper? If i have to hand-enter my address book, that's a deal killer.
1 Answer
A: Hi @looseAK,
You can store your contacts on your SIM and then transfer them to the DureXE. Also, you can use the SD card option to store/ move files and images.
