Awesome phone if you like to take pictures
I have owned this phone for 7 months now, great phone use it along with my professional camera when doing pictures and videos. Has many features that are useful in that area. Very quick on wifi and data when it comes to surfing the internet or streaming videos. very easy to operate and learn. Only request would be for a more active version, like waterproof and shock resitant.

Guaranteed to disappoint!
Great at first, didn't take long to start ghosting and shutting itself down. Husband and I have same phone, his has been replaced once and mine twice. Worst contract I ever got myself into...

Awesome, but let down a bit

I have had this phone for only about 5 hours now and I love it. Since I'm used to the LG UI it was really easy to set up as well.
Killer Camera too!
I'm a bit bummed though because all the reviews I watched on line were of the international version, which included a set of really nice headphones. Not included in the US version. In fact, no headphones at all. Not a deal breaker, but I was looking forward to having them

good phone buttttttt can't seem to be competition

Great camera and video taking love SD card support and love how phone is durable but no wireless charging. Too heavy for my hands, no extra good features don't like how second screen is on top of phone. Battery life dies within 6 hours of use. And last thing definitely will be bringing it back and getting note 5 because note 5 offers more extra features than v10 even if it cost me more it's worth the extra bucks. can't say much about v10....LG tried but for me this phone is not right for me

Great phone for my purposes..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone when it came out a few years ago and am still using it. Even though it is older and getting slower, it's really held it's own.
What I like
-The 2nd screen at the top is great for storing favorite apps and contacts to quickly access them when not on the home screen.
-sound quality is outstanding with hi-fi Dac. Just pop on some headphones and enjoy the higher quality of your music.
-this phone was made for taking videos. Great quality and editing.
-great build quality. After a few years nothing has really given out.
-no buttons on the sides. Makes holding it better and the fingerprint scanner is also the power button on the back. Accessing that and the volume buttons is easy, the texture is easy to locate and differentiate them.
What I don't like
-battery life is not very good at all. I find myself charging it multiple times a day with minimal to moderate usage, drains faster than I like even in my pocket. Am forced to use airplane mode to conserve battery.
-LCD screen looks good, but image burn-in is a problem.
-the back camera is hit or miss. Auto focus is terrible, so you have to be patient with taking shots. Front camera us great though.
-I know it's a few years old, and stuck with Android 6, but it's becoming slower than my other, older phones when opening apps. Worst is auto-rotate, it just doesn't rotate first try, but 60pct of the time it works every time..
-speakers are average at best, but this phone was made for headphones anyways.
All in all its a good phone, great value right now at the current price, as long as you don't expect a whole lot from the back camera and battery.

After you pay the phone off you will need to wait 24 hours to submit a device unlock request. You can go to att.com/deviceunlock for the process. It takes 3 business days to complete once submitted.
