I've had this phone for about a year I think. I generally don't keep phones for this long, but I haven't had the time or interest to shop around at this point. Overall, the phone is pretty average. I wouldn't say it has any spectacular features. It's not really the type of phone for apps, games etc. If you're the type of person who's constantly downloading songs, taking pictures, changing themes and such, I wouldn't say this phone is for you. I mainly use it for texting, which I've had great results with. I got this phone because it's (I think) the only ATT phone that has a flip open keyboard, as opposed to a slider. The keyboard is large and quite functional. I've read other reviews about the battery life and freezing, and all I can say is that I really only charge my phone once a week and I don't recall any freezing. Keep in mind I don't make many phone calls, it is primarily for texting. One of the things I dislike most about this phone is the text message memory. I've had other phones that allowed me to have many text messages throughout weeks without having to delete them. This phone has me deleting them at least once a week. I do have a memory card, so I know it's not that(at least i'm fairly certain). The camera takes decent pictures for one without a flash. People have also mentioned liking or disliking the "touch screen". I would by no means call this phone a touch screen phone. The front display has a vibrating, touch sensitive keypad. It is capable of texting and calling, but not much else without opening the phone. Another thing I dislike is that the front display only allows abc texting. It is NOT T9 capable. In my opinion, the whole vibrating front is a horrible gimmick and seems entirely impractical. They would have been much better off with an actual keypad with buttons. The design itself is unique, I will give it that, but again, not practical. The phone lacks many things alot of other phones may have, for example, there are no smiley inserts for texting. I know that's a silly thing to complain about, but that type of thing bothers me.
TLDR: Overall, the phone has a large keyboard which is good for texting if you don't mind cleaning your inbox out regularly. The front display is not a touch screen, it is a touch sensitive, vibrating and impractical feature.
