Love IT!
Great phone! Had it since Christmas, and no real problems at all! The only problem was that it will freeze up every now and then, causing me to take out the battery and put it back in again. But that has only happened twice. This phone is great! I definitely don't feel the need to get a new phone for a while.

AT&T Pre-loaded contacts: Deal breaker
I checked out this phone in the store before purchasing online, in order to waive the activation fee. It has a sleek, nice style. I was liking just about everything about this phone: The easy to dial numbers, full keyboard, etc.
Then I noticed the pre-loaded "AT&T" Contacts. What a drag! They'll be at the top of my list. No problem, I thought to myself, I'll just delete them. WRONG! They cannot be deleted, being hard-coded into the firmware.
So, if you don't mind AT&T telling you that they have to be the first 9 contacts in your address book, then feel free to get this phone. I, on the other hand, am returning this phone.

Pain in the butt.
I've had this phone for about a year and it has been a pain. It has frozen multiple times after calls and you can't do anything except take the battery out. It is good for texting if you have small fingers. The buttons on the keyboard are small and close together. The battery life is long but it should be charged every night. It is some what durable but when I dropped it on the floor it literally broke in two :(
Prosbattery life, good for texting
Consvolume level, limited memory, small keys, freezes, durability
No, I do not recommend this product.

This has been the best phone
I love this phone! I have had it since it first came out. I bought it to replace the Matrix Pro which was too much phone for me. Since getting the Reveal I also bought Impact. I always seem to go back to this phone. I haven't had any issues with it freezing or going on the web. My only real problem with the phone is the texting keys are little and with long nails it does get hard to text with any speed. I do have to charge it nightly but I do text and talk on it ALOT!

Ive had this phone for almost a year now and I am looking for a new one. I have to charge it every night and sometimes it freezes so I have to take the battery out and put it back in. 9 times out of 10, when I pull my phone out of my pocket, its on the internet and makes my bill go skyrocketing. Photos and videos are low quality and the speakers are terrible. I have to move to a quiet room everytime I want to watch a video or I get a sound via multimedia message. Also, when texting, it forgets who I want to send the message to so I have to go down the list and "check" the person I want to send it to. The keys are very small and I find myself constantly using the backspace. It also has limited memory and only holds about 270 messages (Sent and recieved combined).
Prosdurable
