I have had this phone for some time now and it is one of the best out of all phones I have had- very easy to use and the battery lasts longer than all others I have had- the camera is much easier to use then the Motorola I had and it takes really good pictures, it is not a expensive phone but does the job of one you pay much more phone- don't let the pricestop you from buying it it works just as good as some others,
If yiu od buy this you will love it

I had this phone for a few months before it took a swim in the washer (check your pockets!).
This model is a bit bulky compared to most other phones, small yes, but bulky. And the battery cover is a bit of a pain to open. I suppose the battery life is good, I'm not big into texting or surfing the web on a mobile phone, so it can last a few days before it needs a charge.
The screen is bright, crisp and just the right size for a general phone user. The keypad is fine, made of rubber, has large numbers and very bright back lighting. The extra menu keys at the top of the pad are a bit small for my liking, but it's not too bad.
The sound is good, it can be a little muffled when taking to someone at times, but it's generally clear. The ringer is significantly loud, and vibration (when on silent) is pretty noticeable.
The menu is great, easy to access everything with the icon-grid layout. the camera is "ok", has some neat effects.
All in all, I think it's a good starter phone. I would say it's strong enough for children and adults alike. It's definitely at a good price point, durable and it's easy to use.

I've had this phone for almost a week now and I have to say that this is a very good phone! I'm still trying to figure it out but I'm very pleased with it. This phone is excellent especially for anyone that's using a cell phone for the very first time. For anyone that has had a bad experience with the Samsung A237, all I have to say is that I'm sorry you've had such a terrible time with it and if you don't like the phone, I'd say try another cell phone!
Prosbattery life, durable, ease of use, good for texting
