very poor menu(s) ackward to navigate

To many menus to navigate through for simple tasks. Not a good phone for someone that needs a simple phone to use for a few things.

This refurb is a bad idea

I received the first phone about 2 weeks ago and the battery wouldn't stay charged for more than a few hours so I called and got another refurb (same model) and it is the same thing. I am very disappointed. Now I have to go through all the trouble of getting a new phone again.

This phone is really great. It got me out of trouble more than once, and is really easy to slide open.

I love this phone!

I actually bought this phone from a friend who got rid of his contract. I use it with my gophone service and I have the unlimited plan and send over 2500 messages a month and talk quite a bit. And this phone holds up. The screen is very sharp and clear and the menus dont lag. Only con about this phone I can find is the batery life isnt the greatest, and if you have the earpiece volume all the way up when talking on it the conversation gets muffled, like the sound is too loud for the earpiece. The speaker phone is the same way.
