even I can use it
I RESEARCHED A NUMBER OF PHONES. Wanted one I could use at reasonable price. basic features. And great audio due to some hearing loss. Went into local store had to call 3 to find this phone as a basic 2016 model. Ryan transferred my Contacts put in my extra memory card and set it up in Easy mode with features just as I asked. He patiently answered all my questions. Great phone for seniors who want basic calling, texting, email, internet access and camera. Couldn't be happier at about month of uSee more

Zero stars
Zero stars not an option...
We have 2 of these on our plan. One 10 months, and the other 3 months. They both cracked in almost the same location and shape. The crack voids the warranty. Now I have to buy 2 new phones, in addition to paying off the broken phones for "early upgrade". I would strongly discourage any friend from purchasing this phone. I bought this great Phone after I ordered another brand of Phone and after waiting a week I called AT&T and ordered this Samsung J3 am I. Glad I did this is a great.phone I have had all kinds.but .this is an easy phone to use its like.it know what you want.it to do.Setting it.up was easy just go through the steps I am 64 years old and not tech smart if you want a great Phone at a.low price get you a J3 I was told it has.a lot of the Samsung S7 in it and the battery lasts a.long long time and you can replace it.

Doesn't have all the bells and whistles other phones have, but with AT&T doing away with getting a phone with a 2 year contract it a good choice that won't raise your phone bill much.

Indestructible

this phone is basically indestructible. i've had it for over a year with only a flimsy glitter case on it. i drop it multiple times a day, dropped it down an entire flight of concrete steps (twice,) and accidentally flung it across the room while on my treadmill. the battery flew out when it hit the wall and i expected it to finally be broken....fired right back up. not a single scratch...the phone is good overall. it runs great once you put a memory card in it, although it lags a little on certain apps and websites.

I am from a rural area, I'm hard on cell phones and technology in general due to the rough nature of my work and I seldom get excited over a technology product. I actually enjoy using this phone (Samsung Galaxy J3). It is not overburdened with nonsense I don't need, but can surf the internet, play videos and music, receive and send texts and calls excellently, and is loud enough for me to hear. It has Bluetooth and has had no glitches. It was incredibly easy to activate. It's been rugged thus far and I'm blown away with the reception I get. It gets service where most other phones don't. A great phone for the working man and rural dweller.

I really admire this phone the performance the colors that on certain app's like YouTube the weather the graphics just everything. I will recommend this phone because Samsung's products has good quality thanks.

- A: Hi, not another contract I understand how you would want to know if the sim card from the Galaxy S6 fits this phone and I am happy to answer this for you. The Samsung Galaxy S6 takes a Nano 4FF sim, and the Samsung Galaxy J3 takes a Micro 3FF sim. Both devices use a different size of sim so you would not be able to swap the sim from one to the other. - A: I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J 3 last year in Augsust and I have had nothing but headaches...it only comes with 8 gb internal memory and I bought a 32gb card and it tells me that it is only good for transferring pics and music. It won't recognize it as expanded memory. My phone tells me to uninstall unused apps and there is noting I can't take off because they are the apps that are built into the phone that can't be uninstalled. Personally I think this phone is not worth the money or my time.8 years agoHelpful?
