Do Not Buy This Phone
I am on my second replacement. Phone gets extremely hot to the touch. My screen has gone out twice.

Amazing phone

No SD Card? No Removeable Battery? Not waterproof? Sound familiar? It should since the iPhone has never had any of these features. The Galaxy is now identical to the iPhone in these aspects but the galaxy's performance, display and camera are a step ahead of Apple. Throw in a fast charging battery and it's a "no brainier". Keep in mind that I have an iPhone 6 as my personal phone and now have a Galaxy S6 as my work phone. Thumbs up to the iPhone, it's a great phone but I'd take the Galaxy over it any day of the week.

A HUGE step backwards

No SD card, no removable battery, no thank you. The appeal of the earlier Galaxy line was the removable battery and the microSD card support. A removable battery is more important than you might think because batteries die and sometimes you need to do a battery pull because the phone freezes. Nothing is perfect and so turning off the device quickly is rarely, but sometimes, necessary. And lack of microSD support is unforgivable. Removing the main reasons why people buy Samsung is not smart; you don't alienate your core users. All the other parts -- the better display, camera, etc -- is immaterial because the most important features are gone.

Any time your device gets wet you want to be sure to dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth as soon as possible. - A: Hello Pappypooper, I am so glad the phone was found! It is never a good thing when they get lost. If you are unable to bypass the screen lock on the device, we will need to look at a master reset. This will remove the screen lock from the phone and allow you to regain access. It will also delete any saved information on the device. We have a very helpful guide available on our Device Support page, which can be found here: https://www.att.com/devicehowto/dsm.html#/make. Once you reach the site, please choose the Galaxy S5 from the device list. You will want to select Tutorial > Troubleshooting > Reset Device > the alternate master reset starts on step 10.
