300' Ft Drop
I happen to climb cell phone towers for a living and we do a lot of at&t's LTE and boom modification work. Me and my crew do the steel work work by adding reinforcement kits to their antenna booms. Most of you probably have no idea what i'm talking about, but the whole point of the story is my S7 Active is without a doubt.....phenomenal. Shatter-resistence
It says it has a Shatter-resistence screen.....I dropped my phone today and the screen shattered and now I can't see anything on it.

Great phone

I bought this phone on the previous Saturday the day after it became available. This is my first venture with android or Samsung. I have used apple I-phone only 3-6 models and I was somewhat nervous about leaving apple. I had heard it was hard, complicated, not user friendly. Well I went ahead and did it and by the 2nd day I had figured out how to use it and it is easy to operate and I have found out you have a lot of options with this phone vs. Iphone. The Iphone is a great phone and this one is as well. overall very pleased with it and the battery (it is so much better than apple) and screen is outstanding along with the operating system.

WARNING! Does NOT work with Android Auto like S6A

I was very excited about upgrading the S7A yesterday but that soon disappeared after realizing that this device does not work with android auto because of how AT&T modified marshmallow. After doing some research I found out this is the case with the regular S7 on AT&T as well (and AT&T still has not released a fix....) I have tried the developer mode trick out there on the internet without positive results. You shouldn't have to do that anyway... I have also done full resets on my pioneer nex4200 and well as my brand new S7A. Android Auto still works just fine even after full resets on my S6A before and after the device resets. What is the deal AT&T ? When will this be fixed?

it almost impossible to believe how bad this phone is. i have only had samsung s series phone and have loved them up to this one. i can not wait to get back home and pull the sim card from this piece of garbage and put it back in my s6 active. it absolutely blows me away how the s7 active can be this much worse than the previous version. will probably skip ahead to an s8 asap. i would give it 0 stars if it was possible.
