i LOVEEEE this phone. it is perfect for me, i promise. the keys are great and work better if you have long thumb nails. i text suppper quick. the phone is easy to use. my ONLY problem with this phone: memory. like as in pictures. imma girl and i take TONS of pictures. i have to continuously make new folders to put them in, but at least i can do that? (: well, i woullllld recommend this phone ANY day. get it, baby, (:

It's okay.

This phone is wonderful, at first. A few months down the line it tends to freeze up and make things quite complicated. The frezes aren't small/ semi-quick they tend to last for minutes and it goes all day. It'll be working fine BAM it's back to the annoying pain of malfunctions. I have had my phone since Feb'10 and this just started a few days ago. I am to the point where I need to get a new one.

I would not recommend this phone because after a month it is a failer. I have had problems where the phone turns off by itself even with a full battery. After charging it up, it does not turn on. Overall it is a nice phone, but if you want to be hassling with it, it is up to you.

A well-designed windows based smartphone

Although not touch screen, this is a reliable, easy to use windows-based smartphone with many capabilities. Through the USB plug, all data is exchanged between the phone and computer in about 1 minute. Email setup is very easy and user friendly. The best phone since the Palm. Would not hesitate to purchase an upgraded version when available.

Great for the price but poor long-term quality

I've had this phone since August '09. I got a great deal, and for the price compared to other smartphones it offered lots of high end features (3.2 mp camera w/ video, easy to use OS, online contact syncing to gmail/outlook, 256 ROM, full QWERTY keyboard with backlight -- But, the long-term reliability is just HORRENDOUS. I am a pretty heavy user (2 email accounts,~30 texts/day), and due to freezing/lockups I've changed this phone out 2x times, luckily without much hassle b/c you can use MyPhone by MSFT and google sync to backup everything (texts, photos, contacts). Every time it has died I find myself reverting to my 3 year old Blackberry Pearl, which surprisingly is still more reliable and has better battery life than this phone. I think I've learned my lesson.
