Glad I upgraded
I don't know why some ppl are having a problem. It's quite the opposite for me. I love the tablet and found cases at an online, and not universal cases, actual cases for the Primetime! Thanks!

Hate, hate hate this tablet!!!!!!!
Did I mention I hate this tablet? I've had it barely a month, this is a piece of junk! I should of stayed with my Samsung tablet. This thing crashes on me everyday, all day. It constantly freezes on me, kicks me out of whatever I'm working on with it. Will blank out, go black for several minutes then go back to starting screen. I do not recommend this tablet at all.

Simple the Best

This tablet the size can fit in most things we carry and yet has a great size for viewing movies on a trip. Just make sure you have some downloaded, it works the best. I carried insurance package so glad I did, it was stolen right out of my open purse while grandson was in card. Easy, easy procedure had new tablet within a week. It holds so many games, pictures and documents. I do download pictures, videosvand documents onto my computer. I never have to cut a coupon. Sales/checkout people can scan my tablet. Androids have so many more apps we can download. This tablet so easy to learn.

Released before it was ready for Primetime

I was looking for a replacement for the last tablet I had that finally bit the dust, and this good looking 10" tablet was being sold for the same price. Before I dive into the embarrassingly long list of things the device comes up short on I'll hit the three features that I think are excellent. First is the screen, the picture quality is very good. Second is the battery which goes and goes and goes with pretty fast recharge times.
Third is dual speakers, they aren't particularly good speakers but for a mobile device they aren't bad.
-One of my biggest pet peeves is an external physical button that automatically launches DirecTV, it shouldn't exist at all much less right next to the volume button where any misplaced fingers will launch DirecTV.
-The data connection is wonky
-It is not compatible with a laundry list of Android apps
-It uses a different charging cable than any other mobile device you own
-AT&T automatically disconnects it from your account (when using the phone app) usually within hours of you logging in with it if not sooner, and to log in at all you have to text in a code on your actual phone every single time
-The camera leaves a great deal to be desired
-Bluetooth connection is possible, stable Bluetooth connection is not
-Case/Stand that AT&T pushes with this device does not work even moderately well as a stand, and has 16 magnets in it. I wonder what could be causing some of these connectivity issues...
All in all, this is the single worst mobile device I've ever owned and I can't warn you enough to stay away from it and buy a device that has been properly designed, researched and tested. I get what AT&T wants to do here and I wish them all the best but the K92 Primetime is a complete and utter bust.

Its performance is very good, the battery excellent, approximately 10 hours, its construction is somewhat fragile but with a good cover it is solved, I recommend it!
