Teaching kids how to call 911
Teach your children how to dial 911 in the event of an emergency. They may need to know how to unlock your device.
1.
Press the Power button to wake up the phone.
If you have additional screen security set on your phone (e.g., a PIN), be sure to show your child how to unlock it.
2.
Dial 911.
3.
Show your child where the Call button is, but only tap it if there's an emergency.
4.
You've completed the steps!
