Performing a Safety Check
If you have a desire to review what you’re sharing, who you’re sharing with, and reset information that apps have access to, then follow along with this tutorial to learn how to use the Manage Sharing and Access Safety Check feature.

From the Settings app, scroll to and tap Privacy & Security

Scroll to and tap Safety Check.

From this screen, you can use the following methods to manage access to your information by apps and people:
- Emergency Reset - Immediately revoke access for all people and apps, change your Apple Account password, and review and change your Emergency Contacts. Use this option if you are concerned someone has access to your account and information without your permission, and you haven't been able to remove them otherwise.
- Manage Sharing & Access - Review the information you are sharing with people and apps, such as your location, photos, calendar, or contacts, and individually choose people or apps to revoke sharing from. Safety Check will also walk you through reviewing your Apple Account security, including your password.
