Using Hold Assist

Hold Assist allows your iPhone to detect when you're placed on hold during a call and will then alert you when a live agent is on the line. Instead of listening to hold music, your iPhone keeps the call active in the background, allowing you to use other apps, and notifies you with a ring when someone is ready to talk.
