Pausing your activity rings
Learn how to pause your activity rings for a set period of time.
1.
From the homescreen, press the Digital Crown to open the apps tray.
2.
Tap Activity.
3.
Tap the rings.
4.
Tap Pause Rings.
From this point scroll to and select from the pause options available.
5.
You've completed the steps!
