Making a payment arrangement for your wireless or internet accounts
Learn how to delay your payment by making a payment arrangement to help prevent collection activity and loss of service.
1.
From the Home tab, tap See bill details.
2.
Scroll to and tap Set up payment arrangement.
To switch between accounts, tap either Wireless or Internet, located at the top of the scroll.
3.
Enter the amount you'd like to pay.
4.
Select the date you'd like to make the payment on.
5.
Tap Submit payments.
6.
You've completed the steps!
