Carrier Unlocking Your Phone
Screen locks secure your device and protect your device from being accessed by other people. If you have a security method applied to your device (such as a Password or a PIN), you will need to enter security credentials to unlock the device. Note that if your device is requesting a PUK code, you will need to contact your carrier to unlock your device.

With your device powered off, press the Power button to turn on your device.
2.
Swipe up to unlock your device.
3.
Tap the text field.
4.
Enter your Network Unlock Code.
5.
Tap Done.
6.
Tap UNLOCK. Once completed, your device is unlocked and you can proceed to the Home screen.

You've completed the steps!
