Resetting all settings
A common troubleshooting step is resetting all of your apps to their factory defaults if you are having trouble with your device; your personal information will not be deleted.
1.
From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
2.
Tap the Settings icon.
3.
Scroll to General management.
4.
Tap General management.
5.
Tap Reset.
6.
Tap Reset settings.
7.
Tap RESET SETTINGS.
Resetting your settings will reset all customized settings on your phone. Personal informaiton will not be deleted.
8.
Tap RESET SETTINGS again.
9.
You've completed the steps!
