myAT&T

Learn how to view and pay your AT&T bills online, manage your account, reset passwords, or upgrade your AT&T services using myAT&T.

Your device does not have the myAT&T app pre-installed, see the Download Apps & Games tutorial for further instruction on how to download.
1. From the home screen or apps tray, select the myatt logo icon myAT&T app.

Note: Upon first access of the myAT&T app, you will be prompted to read and agree to the End User License Agreement. When finished reading the agreement, select Accept. Review the Notification and Location prompts, then select Continue. You will also be prompted to share your location access, select the desired option. Review the myAT&T simplified prompt, then select Get started. 

2. Select Sign In. Enter your User ID and Password, then select Sign in. If you do not have an AT&T account, select Create one now and follow the prompts to create an AT&T account.

Note: If you have forgotten your AT&T user ID or password, select Forgot user ID? or Forgot password?.

3. View and manage your myAT&T account as desired.

4. Select the More tab to access your Account overview, Billing & payments, and more. To manage or change account users and passwords, select Manage profile then edit profile settings as desired.
