Getting started
- You can download the update via Firmware Over the Air (FOTA).Â
- Ensure that the device is connected to the AT&T network with 3-5 bars of signal strength.
Update & verify software
To update the software- Go to Settings > Software Update > Update Now.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
- The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.
To verify the update- From the home screen, tap Settings > About.
- Navigate to page 3/4 to view Firmware Version. Your device has the latest software if the Firmware Version matches the current update details.
