1. From the home screen, tap the Contacts icon.
   
2. Swipe to Favorites, then tap the desired contact.
   
3. Tap the Message icon, then enter the desired message.
   
4. Tap the Checkmark icon.
   
5. To send, tap the Send icon.
   
6. To send a message in the Timex Portal, from the home screen, click Compose.
   
7. Enter the desired recipients, subject and message, then click Send.
