1. From the home screen, tap the Contacts icon.
   Note: This tutorial requires that contacts accept an invitation, which is generated from your Timex portal account
   
2. Tap SOS.
   
3. To select a different emergency message, tap the List icon.
   
4. Tap the desired emergency message.
   
5. Tap the Send icon.
