1. During a call, press the Center Nav Key to toggle speakerphone on or off.
   
2. Press the Right Soft key to mute or unmute the call.
   
3. Press the Left Soft key to access options.
   
4. Scroll to the desired option, then press the Center Nav key to select.
   Note: For this demonstration, select Hold Call.
   
5. The call will be placed on hold. To resume, press the Left Soft key.
   
6. Scroll to Retrieve Call, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. To adjust the call volume, use the volume keys as desired.
   
8. To end the call, press the End/Power key.
