1. From the start screen, tap the Phone tile.
   
2. From the 'history' page, swipe right to access voicemail.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Tap to listen to the desired voicemail.
   
4. Tap the Pause icon to pause the voicemail. Tap the Play icon to resume playing.
   
5. To delete the voicemail, tap the Trash icon. To return the call, tap the Phone icon.
   
6. Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone tile from the start screen > Tap the Keypad icon > Touch and hold the 1 icon > If prompted, enter your voicemail password > Follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
