1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. To listen to your voicemail, tap the desired message.
   
4. Tap the Play icon.
   
5. Tap the Pause icon to pause playback. Tap the Play icon to resume playing
   
6. To delete the message, tap Delete. To return the call, tap Call Back.
   
7. To save, share or export a voicemail, press the Menu key.
   
8. Tap the desired option.
   
9. Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the '1' icon > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the spoken prompts to listen to your messages
