Answering Machine Not Picking Up

Try this if your answering machine does not pick up incoming calls.
1. Ensure that your answering machine is set to pickup in fewer than four rings.

Note: This ensures that your answering machine will pickup calls before network voicemail.

2. To remove network voicemail from your account, contact AT&T Customer Care by dialing 611 from your connected phone, or 1-800-331-0500.
