Here's how to find your customer service summary.
With the myAT&T app
- Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
- Select See bill details.
- Select Manage settings.
- Choose the account you'd like to view, if you have more than one.
- Scroll to Billing and select See customer service summary (most recent).
From a browser
- Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
- Select Settings.
- Choose the account you’d like to view, if you have more than one.
- Scroll to Billing and select See customer service summary (most recent).
We alert you to all changes
Did you make changes to your plan or features? You’ll get an updated customer service summary within 48 hours in these ways:
- Online at myAT&T
- Email or text, if we have your email address or text permissions on file
- By U.S. mail, in 7-10 days
