Start a device trade-in

Whenever you trade in an eligible device, you'll get an AT&T Promotion Card worth the trade-in value of your qualified smartphone or tablet. These cards are good toward the purchase of AT&T products and services.

Take home, trade later
Upgrading your device at your local AT&T store? Your store rep will have a prepaid shipping kit sent to you. That way, you can take your old device home and transfer your info. Then, when you're done, put the old device in the prepaid shipping box and send it back to us. We'll process it and send you an AT&T Promotion Card.

You don't have to have services with us to take advantage of these great environmental programs:
  • Recycle your wireless devices, batteries, and accessories at any AT&T company-owned store. Just ask about our Reuse & Recycle program. It complies with federal and state laws that protect human health and the environment.
  • Donate your old phone, smartphone, or tablet.  Cell Phones for Soldiers is a charity that uses funds from recycled cell phones to help members of the military.
