Watch your bill videos

Sometimes we send video bills that walk you through your first 2 bills and any bill with prorated charges.

For your first and second bills, we may send you video tours that explain line items, partial-month charges, and activation fees.

If you change your service, plan, or add-ons, you may get another personalized video that goes over any prorated charges.

Keep in mind: Each video is available for 30 days.

How to watch your video bill

Wireless accounts

To get to your video bill, you can:
  • Check your email for a direct link.
  • Go to My bill, then select Take a video tour under Bill total.

Heads up: You’ll only see a link if a video is ready. You may get another bill video if you change your service, plan, or add-ons and have prorated charges.
 

Non-wireless accounts

If you have DIRECTV, U-verse® TV, AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, Digital Phone, or a combined bill:

  • We’ll email you a direct link to your first video bill.
  • We’ll send you another link when the video for your second bill is ready.
  • Once the second video is ready, you can’t access the first one anymore.
  • We may send you another bill video if you change your service, plan, or add-ons and have prorated charges.
