Certain offers, including the discounted wireless plans combined with home internet, require verification and account setup. That’s best handled through direct communication with AT&T representatives. Calling ensures your eligibility is confirmed and discounts are properly applied.

Are there any restrictions or exclusions on these discounts?

Yes. Discounts are not stackable with some national or local offers that affect monthly recurring charges. Also, bulk-billed customers, employees, retirees, and certain discount programs (like Access or migration discounts) are not eligible for these offers. Our representatives can explain any exclusions when you call.

What if I cancel either my home internet or wireless service after receiving the bundled discount?

Canceling internet service will maintain your discounted wireless rate, but will remove the internet discount. Canceling wireless service will cause you to lose the internet discount, and your internet pricing will revert to the regular rate. You’ll receive notification when we remove any discounts.

How soon do the discounts start appearing on my bill?

Discounts typically begin within one to three billing cycles after AT&T verifies your eligibility and you’ve added the discounted plan. AutoPay and paperless billing discounts apply within two billing cycles after enrollment and verification.

What if I need more than two phones on my account?

You can have up to ten lines on the AT&T 55+ plan, but you'll get the biggest savings when you have two. If you have more than two lines, one of our other unlimited plans may work better for you.
