Works. AT&T store zero help
Had one bar prior, now full service. Works great, local AT&T store very unhelpful in any knowledge on the product. Stated that if I didn’t have service now, how would this product help that. Calls either barely came through or straight to voicemail, now come through with zero issues. Easy install, need good internet connection.

This device did not work as described. I shipped it back with the understanding I would be refunded the $247.00. It's been about 2 months. No refund yet.

You need to have patience, lots of patience, when installing this product. The instructions could have been more detailed.
1>Plug in the unit (power, network & GPS) and install the app on your phone
2>Sign into the app and register the device and setup your users (aka administrators)
3>The device will be flashing the power light for 10-15 minutes and then after a while all of the lights will begin to flash...be patient this takes a while. After quite some time all of the lights will be solid except for the LTE light which will keep flashing.
4>You will get an email saying “Your Booster is Registered” and “We'll let you know when you can make calls.” Wait some more (30+ minutes)
5> 30+ minutes later you will receive another email and a text that says “Your Booster is working and is ready to make calls”. The LTE light will now be solid white. When you start using your phone the LTE will flash again.
I hope this helps ease the installation frustration.

Doesn't work

Had to replace my 3g micro-cell (which worked amazing) to this. Haven't had good cell service in over a week at my house. Tech support is not helpful and it will take over a week before they reach out for a warranty replacement.

Poor tech support

My first unit was nonfunctional. It took half a dozen calls and over 4 hours of my time over several days for the last agent to finally determine that I needed a new unit. During this time I was advised to keep trying the same thing over and over, unplug, plug, push the reset button, etc... over and over. I finally asked the last agent what was going to be different this time since I'd already done all this a dozen times. He agreed to send a new unit, which worked perfectly as soon as I registered it on the app and plugged it in. But it was way harder than it needed to be, and very frustrating. The second agent gave me a "ticket number" so that any subsequent agents would be able to see what we'd done. But no one wanted that until the second to the last agent, and even then, it didn't really change anything. So I'm very happy with the product at this point (4 bars instead of often one, sometimes 2 prior to unit), but the process of getting it up and working was a lot harder than it needed to be. btw, the agents were all nice and tried to be helpful... I think they were just doing as they'd been taught to do. One more thing: The AT&T site lists accessories, such as a power cord, GPS antenna, etc., as though they don't come with the unit. So I ordered and paid extra for those two things, but they do, indeed, come with the unit... so now I have spares that I don't need.

Once it was setup it worked great but the 800 number was no help at all. I was on the phone for well over an hour with no resolution. I finally went to the ATT store and they were able to help me.

Setup was awful. Hit or miss if the app would allow registration. After finally getting it set up, I show full service in my house but still constantly drop calls or break up

Once I was able to get this cell booster up and running, it’s been a big improvement! The directions that come with it are terribly incomplete. Snd reaching an actual person to help is almost impossible. I was transferred all over! But, with the help oh ChatGPT I got it done.
