Impossible to return accessories
I ordered 7 phone cases online for my business's cell phones. Once received, I realized these were not the cases I was expecting. I've been trying to return these items. I went to 2 stores and they told me I had to call at&t customer service. I've been passed around for the past two hours on the phone and still no one can help me. It should not be this difficult to return an online order. This is ridiculous.

It was hard to put it on my phone. I have not dropped the phone so I don’t know if it works or not. I’ve had them in the past and they’ve been great.

Not a very good experience, bad support

Problem is that I never got it, had to send my license and proof of who I was for the phone and they canceled my whole order and ended up NOT GETTING the 14 deal or the good otterbox deal big fumble on AT&Ts part. Brought my id into the store couple days later cause they weren’t open and said sorry deals off and we don’t have any other phones in stock for months. Bad
