Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service. Did not like the feel of the case so followed return instructions that said take back to an AT&T store or call for a label. When I went store they refused to return the case despite showing them it said I could. So I called to get a return label and they said I had to take it back to the ATT store. It took a lot of complaining and time to finally get someone to issue a return level. I spent several hours to return a case that should have take. 10 minutes. Very poor serSee more

Slim and slippery

The fit is good with a very slim profile that adds little to the overall phone size--which is good since it's a big phone. The buttons are clickable, which is a nice change from the rubber membrane variety I had on my last phone and case. Those yielded a really indistinct feel. These are like operating the phone buttons directly. My only gripe is that the grippy texture isn't very grippy. It actually has an almost oily feel which is pretty ironic. Perhaps it is designed for better wet grip, but how often is that? It has the knock on effect of not being able to securely lean against things to use the phone/camera hands-free... kinda not ok.
