Suddenly fast charge function doesn't work

THIS Fast Charger has after 2,5 years stopped fast charging. I cannot find any support that is relavent for this problem in the handbook.
Cannot find info if they offer long or short warrenty?
Everything I buy is Samsung and only this one gives error in short time ,but big error if fullcharge now takes 4h!

my biggest complaint is a mix between this charger and my new case, as it will not charge through the thick plastic case i got for my new s20 fe. i tried taking the popsocket off, but still no luck and removing the case every night would be overkill. it seems to work just fine on my old s9+ with a thinner case, but since i'm not really using that anymore it's become kind of moot. i might have to trade with my mom who has a standing charger that actually is powerful enough to charge through the thicker case, looks like a brand i haven't heard of before, and is at least a few years old. :::shrug:::

Ease of use and versatility

i use it as it designed to be used-wirelessly charge my phone. what i really appreciate it for is the ability to charge my phone pretty quickly and also provide a nightstand/charger for my phone that i can just grab without worrying about wires and cables being shorted or eventually frayed on the inside or worse, my charging port of my phone being damaged somehow because i pulled the phone from the charging cable too roughly.
Yes, I recommend this product.

However, if you are having issues with charging your phone over wireless due to the case, this charger may not work either, since most wireless chargers work the same. Q: Does this have the "trickle charge" feature where the charging power decreases after the battery is full to avoid burning out the battery quicker?
