lite on the ear and crystal clear
have only used this a couple times now I don't talk as much as text. but it sits so effortlessly on my ear even with my glasses on. the conversations so far has been real easy for me to hear clearly and when I ask the caller, 'can you hear me ok' they say yes instead of the old 'well, it sounds like you're in a vacuum.' Advertising is Misleading
Just bought this as an "upgrade" for my boyfriends cheap Bluetooth earpiece he's had for a few years. What a joke! It advertises "voice commands", but the only options it gives you for calling are to "call back", NOT to call as a standalone command. If you want to do voice calling, you have to initiate it through the phone and then it will resume through the Bluetooth earpiece. The Best Bluetooth Headset Ever

I've been using this headset for a couple of weeks and it is the best one I've ever used its extremely comfortable and the call quality is absolutely amazing on both ends the noise cancelling feature is the best to date I'm using it with my Iphone 5 and after the Plantronics v44 update it works flawlessly no dropped calls or unusual behavior whatsoever

If I wanted to do it that way, I would have never gotten the bluetooth. Even his old, cheap Bluetooth has a voice calling feature that you can do directly from the Bluetooth earpiece! Returning this item ASAP. :(

Hello! Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend; However, we're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our product. This model is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. When first taken out of the box it normally goes into pairing mode automatically, but you can also do it manually by pressing and holding the call button (headset powered-on) for 6 or 8 seconds, until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. Then you should see the earpiece listed as an available device under Bluetooth settings and just select it. In any case we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Not the easiest experience

I couldn't find out if it was compatible with my phone - I had to ask and that took a while, also this device only fits in one ear, so my hearing is having issues, since I can't switch off

Great headset!

This is a great headset. Long battery life, easily paired with 2 devices and while this model does not come with the Plantronics Bluetooth dongle, I had an extra one and my headset paired immediately with my laptop. I've had a few of these now and only replaced because they got lost/stolen. Very comfortable as well for long days of calls.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The Voyager Legend is one of our best it’s one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. As for the speech to text messages function, this feature is not built-in the earpiece, but it mainly depends on the app itself. The app needs to support Bluetooth devices as a source of audio, otherwise it won't work. If you're not able to use your voice assistant with the earpiece at all, then you can reset the connection between the earpiece and the phone and verify if you're able to use that feature. If it does work, then try with the text messages app. Furthermore, we're sorry you were not able to find a comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and we thank you for your comments. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations.
