Ray ban Meta glasses
The timing of the delivery was perfect, unfortunately the product ordered and received was not as detailed. I ordered "Shiny black" Ray ban Meta glasses and received "Matte Black". In addition to this mistake that was not my fault, i incurred a $37 restocking fee upon my return of the device. So not only did i not get the product that i selected for order i was also charged. As a customer that has been with AT&T for over 20 years i was extremely disappointed.

We sincerely apologize for this disappointing experience, especially as a loyal customer of over 20 years. Receiving Matte Black Ray-Ban Meta glasses instead of the Shiny Black you ordered is our mistake, and charging you a $37 restocking fee for returning an incorrectly shipped item is unacceptable. Please visit https://www.att.com/get-support/, or for a faster response, feel free to DM us on socials so we can investigate this and ensure you receive a refund for that restocking fee. You deserve better, and we want to make this right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer sunglasses are so impressive! I am able to record and take pictures while wearing the glasses. They feel so sturdy and firm they wont easily fall off your face. I love how they are also able to be worn in a fashionable way by both men and women! I love how I can hear my music while I do my day to day activities.

Stylish and ready to capture all of life's moments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for free from #Rayban and #Influenster for my honest opinion! These are absolutely great! The controls are easy and intuitive with easy to set up instructions for use and connectivity! What a great way to capture the world without having your phone in front of you at all times! The style is sleek and comfortable for long use if needed. The audio is clear and crisp. The only issue I encountered was losing connectivity at certain spotty places and with that, audio seems to cut out. Video is in 3k and looks pretty good compared to my 4k video on my phone. These are my first pair of #MetaAI glasses and if these Gen 2 become more and more advanced with technology advancing then I'm excited to try the Gen 3 editions!
