For my note 3 does not work ,shouldn have thought
bought about 3 month ago,been unhappy since, bluetooth needs to restart all the time ,sound so low on tile you almost need to locate tile to hera it

Dog Friendly!

I bought a package of four and put them on the collars of my best friends. Now I easily find my dogs when they wander off into the desert AND I've trained them to find ME when I "tone" at Dog Park or from another room in my home. I will purchase additional tiles for my keys and laptops.

Not what I expected

I thought this would show real time location as long as the Tile was near a Bluetooth connection or Wi-Fi connection. We placed one of our four tiles on my pet because he keeps running off and we could track him. Now he has lost the Tile or someone removed it and we cannot find it's current location. I bought these so I could learn how they work and sell more to my customers and so far, I don't really have that "cool" story to tell. Also, I have a really hard time hearing, so the Sound that the Tile makes isn't loud enough for me. If I were improving this product, I would sacrifice a little bit of size so the Tile makes a more distinct sound. Otherwise, it's great for finding my phone.

While the 4 pack seemed like a great tool. I have found that I have only had the need for 1 and it is on my keychain. Unless you are a real techie, probably buy a smaller quantity or skip it until you research it more.
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: Hello mex1 Thank you for posting your question and interest in the Tile Bluetooth Tracker! The tile tracker will absolutely work if the phone it’s attached to is dead. It works perfectly to locate any electronic device that is powered off or has a dead battery because it contains a CR2 Battery which requires zero upkeep, so no charging is needed. Hope this helps! - A: Hello Sio500, Great question! The Tile is only supported by an app, which would require to use either a Smartphone or a Tablet. If you still cannot locate the item, Tile has a community feature that expand your search using all Tile apps in their community.
