Don’t do it.
Watch out. You’ll own $900 before you know it. They said they notified me each time it went over. I got no notifications. They said they can’t do anything about it. Been with them for 20 years. For 3 deployments I had an international plan. Switching to T-Mobile. My son has a T-Mobile hotspot (which I thought this was) for $50 a month.

Terrible experience with this device. I purchased the device online and set up my plan for the device online as well. Upon receiving the device, I couldn’t activate it. After an hour on the phone with a representative, I was told the plan I purchased is no longer available and At&t only offered 2 plans for the device and neither has unlimited gigs. So i returned device. Just upset that this information wasn’t provided online before I went through all of this

I am sure it’s a fine item. I returned it because AT&T’s ridiculous hotspot pricing made the service unwanted. Went with a flat rate wireless internet plan instead.

Disappointed the unit turns on automatically and resumes previous connections that would have been good to know or at least and option you would have thought you'd have to opt in on when being charge for DATA consumption.
