Absolutely horrible service and customer service with ATT. it is CONSTANTLY charging overage charges when we are only connected to a Square device and should be charging 1 KB per swipe. instead it is charging 253 MB at a time with HIGH overage rates. Good luck talking to anyone at ATT. OVerseas help. they can never find an answer. Promise to look into it and call back. NEver do. WIll not help at all. What a scam to get more money!

So far, the hotspot has performed well. We vend at various quilt shows and the host sites often charge astronomical fees for meager WiFi connections. This device may very well pay for itself the first year - and of course it will be useful in many other ways that were not available beforehand.

If you find your devices are connecting when you don't want them to, you can manage connected devices at http://mobile.hotspot or from the router itself. We also suggest checking the power button, ensuring it is not stuck. If the device keeps turning on, please visit your nearest AT&T store so our team can take a closer look at what's exactly happening and how we can fix this.
