ATT upgrade service on App became the WORST
Tried to do an eligible phone upgrade using the app. So much misinformation on price very misleading. Cleared up the confusion through chat to find out that pricing corrects itself after multiple months of credits. Completed upgrade and at final screen phone no longer in stock and could not create order bc their system was not looking at inventory.
Few weeks later inventory is in stock and app allows for order to go through. Choose next day service shipping. ATT does not ship. See more

It's big...
a year ago
The physical phone is quite tall on the long axis. The width is comfortable to my hand (medium-sized.) The raised camera lens assembly is still quite prominent. Since I carry the phone naked, setting it down on its back on a smooth surface is disturbingly wobbly. I now try to remember to set the phone down face first for a more secure feeling.
My previous iPhone was the standard-sized 14 Pro. This phone behaves just like the older one did, with the exception of Apple Intelligence. While I find its suggestions and summaries helpful, it has not yet achieved the promised level of intelligence I was anticipating. The next update, iOS 18.2, will add visual intelligence and smarter Siri to the mix.

Just same old apple product with nothing new

TLDR:
Do not bother upgrading if you have a 13pro - 15pro. No major changes, camera button is useless, and AI features are absolutely useless and not even finished yet (There is also a glitch for ios 18.2, that causes you to lose your AI features, and apple doesn't even announce it when it's happening to a lot of people.) If you're going to upgrade, go to Samsung or Google. FULL REVIEW BELOW.
The phone is subpar. It has no new features worth the upgrade. The "Camera control button" is useless. There was no point to adding it, it works sometimes, but it's easier to just use the screen to take a picture like we have been doing for years. The battery is ok (nothing to write home about). Samsung and Google have a better-looking screen with a more consistent refresh rate. Only reason I upgraded from the 14pro was because I was under the impression from AT&T that I would've been saving more money per month than I actually am. Do not even get me started on the AI features that don't work and are still in "Beta mode". Or the glitches and bugs in ios 18.2 that cause you to lose your AI features. Just save your money and don't upgrade if you have a 13pro - 15pro, I promise you it's not worth it.
